Jason Wheatley, a past Chief and 25 year plus member of the Verdoy Volunteer Fire Department was injured while responding to a fire call and, while recovering, faces a long road ahead.
We are asking you, our fellow community members and firefighters throughout the region, to join us in supporting a family fundraiser to help the Wheatley family through his road to recovery.
There will be Music, Food, Chinese Raffles, a Money Raffle, activities for the kids such as a Bouncy Bounce, Dunk Tank, Face Painting, Pumpkin Painting, Hair Extensions and more!
Our own members and their families will be there contributing as well.
Nina Tamaroff will have her signature hair-bows available for purchase with a portion of the proceeds going to the Wheatley family.
